AEI Consultants makes strategic additions to its Site Mitigation Division due to increased demand in the market place.
WALNUT CREEK, Calif., September 16, 2016. —AEI Consultants, a leading environmental assessment and engineering firm that provides commercial lenders and property owners with consulting expertise and technical environmental services, is announcing several strategic new hires to AEI’s Site Mitigation Division. The Division has experienced over 30% growth within the past two years, and expects the growth and expansion of this Division and its technical personnel to continue well into 2018 as the demand continues to rise for AEI to serve its client’s needs for further assessment, risk evaluation and remediation, as necessary, of more environmentally complicated sites.

Veronica Statham, PE (CA, NY) – Senior Engineer (Oakland)
Veronica holds a B.S. degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and is a professional environmental engineer with 15 years of experience in the consulting industry planning, implementing, and managing environmental projects in California and New York. Veronica specializes in vapor remediation system design and implementation.
Dashiell Geyer – Staff Geologist (Los Angeles)
Dashiell holds a B.S. degree in Geology from Washington State University. He began his career as a well-site geologist in the petroleum industry in the Southwest United States.
Nathan Bricker – Staff Geologist (Walnut Creek)
Nate earned a B.S. degree in Geology from the University of Nevada and comes to AEI with a background in the mining industry.
William Hix – Staff Geologist (Walnut Creek)
William holds a B.S. in Geology from University of California, Davis and has practical experience in structural geology, hydrology, geophysics and sedimentology.
In the Central Region, AEI welcomes:
Mark Gray, PG (TX, CA, CEM Nevada) – Senior Project Manager (Dallas)
Mark holds a B.S. degree in Geology from the University of Oklahoma and an M.S. degree in Geology from Oklahoma State University. Mark is a professional geologist with more than 25 years of environmental consulting experience and is responsible for the management of projects and consulting services provided in AEI’s Central Region.
Nick Cramer, PG (TX, PA) – Project Manager (Dallas)
Nick has a B.S. degree in Geology from Purdue and an M.S. degree in Soil Science from Texas A&M University. Nick has over 16 years of experience working on a wide array of environmental, oil & gas and natural resource projects throughout the United States. He is also a Certified Professional Soil Scientist and completed projects under the Clean Water Act, Federal Safe Drinking Water Act.
In the Eastern Region, AEI welcomes:
Jack Katz, PhD – Senior Project Manager (Freehold)
Dr. Katz holds a B.S. degree in Chemistry from Upsala College as well as M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Rutgers University in Environmental Science. Jack has over 27 years of significant experience in Environmental Site Assessments, Site Investigations, Remedial Investigations, Underground Storage Tank management/closures, Litigation Support, and the implementation of Cleanup Plans for both public sector and private group clients throughout the United States.
Paul McGaha, LSRP, CHMM – Senior Project Manager (Freehold)
Paul holds a B.S degree in Environmental Science from California University of Pennsylvania. He is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager, a Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP in New Jersey), a Certified Subsurface Evaluator and Certified for the Closure of Underground Storage Tanks. Paul has 32 years of experience in site investigation and remediation.
Dyna Krumich-Ogonowski – Senior Project Manager (Freehold)
Dyna holds a B.S. degree in Marine Science from The Reichard Stockton College of New Jersey and an M.S. degree in Environmental Management from the University of Maryland University College. Dyna has over eleven years of professional environmental experience including complex remedial investigation of soil, groundwater, soil vapor media, ecological evaluations, and vapor intrusion investigations.
