Ken joined AEI Consultants in 2011 after nearly 20 years as a commercial real estate broker in New York City and Denver, Colorado, bringing with him an in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry. He currently focuses on business development in Southern California with a client base of banks; investors, developers; general contractors, special servicers and attorneys.
While in New York, Ken performed a dual corporate business development role as a Senior Vice President of one of the leading Net Lease Equity Advisors in the country and was a Director of the company’s affiliate private real estate equity firm that acquired assets net leased in investment grade tenants on a national basis. During this time, Ken was actively involved in over $2.3 billion in total sales while working with wide-ranging clientele consisting of major corporations, institutional investors, opportunity funds, pension funds and high net-worth individuals. During the 1990’s, Ken concentrated on the sale of industrial properties, development and leasing of build-to-suit projects and working on behalf of national and regional multi-family homebuilders in the acquisition of land for development in the Denver area.
Ken earned a degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder and completed post-graduate coursework in Real Estate at New York University.
