Kimberly oversees many of AEI’s national operations, including technical project oversight, client management, and business development. She is committed to providing exceptional customer service. Whether assessing a single property or managing a nationwide portfolio of 100+ assets, she updates her clients routinely from project inception through completion. She prides herself on guiding clients toward making informed business decisions.

Kimberly specializes in all aspects of Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, and she is well versed in Property Condition Assessment, Zoning Analysis, Industrial Hygiene reports, ALTA surveys, Seismic Risk Assessment, and full-service site mitigation. In addition, she is proficient in all reporting standards and serves as AEI’s Environmental Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae National Practice Leader.

Kimberly began her career at AEI in 2007 after completing her bachelor’s degree in Environmental Economics and Policy at the University of California, Berkeley. Her work history at AEI includes positions as Due Diligence Project Manager, Senior Author, National Client Manager, and Director of National Accounts.
