Natalie joined AEI in 2002 as a due diligence project manager. Her project experience includes Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Environmental Transaction Screens, peer reviews, limited environmental site assessments, regulatory database reviews, historical and agency records reviews and other related environmental assessments, as well as radon screening, asbestos inspections, and reviewing/evaluating environmental site assessment reports. Mrs. Sucharski is accustomed to all aspects of due diligence property assessments and the needs and requirements of a variety of reporting standards, including ASTM, EPA’s All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI), Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and customized client formats. Her experience includes management of portfolio projects involving numerous properties throughout the United States, including Northern California, Nevada, Washington, Oregon, Utah, Arizona, as well as the Midwestern United States. Her experience also include includes senior review of environmental assessments, client management on a national basis, and departmental management.
As Director of Professional Development and Recruitment, Natalie currently coordinates hiring and initial training of employees to ensure consistency and quality are maintained throughout AEI’s due diligence consulting services. Natalie also provides professional training to AEI’s existing environmental staff.
Natalie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Policy Analysis and Planning from the University of California at Davis, and is a Registered Environmental Property Assessor (REPA) with the National Registry of Environmental Professionals and an EPA Accredited Asbestos Inspector. Natalie also has previous technical experience reviewing and maintaining Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) records for the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory.
