Mr. West is a member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) with 30 years of commercial real estate valuation, investment, and prop tech technology experience. He led the largest appraisal practice in the Americas with over 650 team members for an international real estate services firm and managed the Lender & Valuation business for LightBox, a leading proptech firm. Mr. West holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. As Executive Vice President at AEI, he will lead the newly created AEI Valuation business and leverage AEI’s existing environmental, engineering, and due diligence expertise to provide world class service to our clients.
