Kathleen has worked in environmental consulting for 30 years managing assessment and facility compliance projects in various sectors, including municipal, commercial real estate, industrial, colleges and financial institutions. Her project experience includes providing technical direction and management of subsurface environmental assessments; preparation and review of ASTM Phase I and II site investigation reports; and the preparation of regulatory-required assessment, remediation and closure reports. Kathleen has also prepared Activity and Use Limitation (AULs) statements, sampling and analysis plans, quality assurance project plans (QAPPs), health and safety plans, and other facility compliance plans. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology and a Master’s degree in Environmental Science, and is a New Hampshire Professional Geologist.
Since 2017, Ms. Baxter has served as the Director of Health and Safety, and most recently as Vice President of Health and Safety. She develops and implements AEI’s health and safety program and policies and works to ensure that these policies are executed by management and employees. She is responsible for evaluating practices and procedure to assess risk, safety inspections, safety training and compliance with the federal Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA).
